Q. What do I need to bring to the food bank in order to get groceries for my family?
A. When you visit the food bank for food assistance you will be asked for information about your address, income and expenditures. It is important to bring the following with you:
– identification for all family members
– proof of current address

Q. How often am I able to come to the food bank?
A. You are able to access the food assistance program weekly. We are open Tuesdays from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm. We offer a food drop-off program to those in need. Please contact us directly for more information.

Q. Will I get my food the same day?
A. Yes, you are able to shop in our marketplace and take home your groceries on the same day.

Q. How is the food bank funded?
A. The food bank is funded through private and corporate donations. We are a registered charity and we provide tax receipts for all financial donations. You can make a financial donation through our website.
